Since I was a little girl, I’ve always been drawn to the world of color and creativity. I would spend hours painting in front of my grandmother’s window, crafting with whatever was gifted to me, and creating with anything I could get my hands on—my imagination running wild with ideas. From the moment I could hold a paintbrush or a pair of scissors, I knew that art and creativity was and still is my true passion.

I was blessed to have a family that saw the spark in my eyes every time I worked on a new project. They encouraged me to follow my artistic instincts, supporting my creative journey at every step. They helped me gather supplies for my next big idea. They proudly displayed my work around the house. Their belief in me never wavered. I loved gifting my artwork and still do.

Those early days of crafting and painting have grown into a lifelong love for creativity. Today, I continue to draw inspiration from the joy and freedom I felt as a child, and I’m passionate about sharing that with others through my work. My hope is that my art and crafts bring you inspiration and a spark as well. Everyone can create amazing and beautiful things when they put their heart freely into it.

I have shared how I feel and having said that, I also want to say this: Every person is creative in their own way. Your creativity may not come out on a canvas. It may not be the next center piece that adorns the table of a wedding. No, your creativity may look completely different. You might juggle housework in a way others never thought of. You may work through issues or problems with a way that would be helpful to others. You might feel like your most creative moment was that project in elementary school that actually worked. Creativity looks different on all of us, and I wouldn’t ask for it in any other way. I do ask, that maybe you keep an open mind. Allow yourself the freedom to explore what you are capable of. Try new things, toss fear to the side, and let me fuel a new fire of inspiration. Together, let us explore ways to be creative!
